ooc;; great minds thinks alike... is this good or bad drama? Vicky gave Stephan the puppy dog eyes as he hesitated, before she grinned widely as he came onto the ice. She smiled at him, before looking up at the sun. As it's rays danced across the ice, she spoke to Stephan. "Just think, we'll be able to tell all of our friends, we've been out on the lake without a boat and not drowned." She chuckled, before jumping into the air, spinning, and landing gently on one foot, before gliding back in Stephan's direction, allowing her other foot the touch the ice.

fly me up to where you are above the distant stars
ooc;; good drama, that's my opinion anyway.
stephan watched as vicky gracefully skated over the ice, leaping into the air and spinning around before landing back onto the frozen surface of the lake. he was slightly anxious, and wasn't sure if this was such a good idea. but he smiled at vicky as he steppd onto the ice and began skating along it. everything seemed well for him, so he began to calm down a little and relax.
maybe the whole idea of his presentiment was just his mind playing tricks on him or something. as he skated along, pulling occasional little stunts and jumps, stephan watched vicky every now and again. she seemed to be enjoying herself and he was glad of that. as long as she was happy, and was having fun nothing else mattered to him.

ooc;;
[/i] lol, don't matter which, lol. every cloud. vicky smiled at stephan, nodding to herself as he pulled some jumps and tricks. She slowed herself, before turning around, putting her toes together, and her heels outwards. She brought one foot in to form a v shape, and allowed it to pass behind her, before repeating the movement, skating backwards along the ice. She began to gradually make it smoother, and slightly faster, allowing her arms to drift away from her body. Vicky had always loved ice-skating, and she loved practicing, getting better, making everything smoother, so it flowed together. She remembered the first time she had ever stepped onto ice with skates, and the thrill had flowed through her body, the same feelings continuing to pump through her blood every time she ice-skated.

fly me up to where you are above the distant stars
stephan watched in awe as vicky continued to skate around him, showing off her moves. she was so graceful and he really enjoyed watching her. stephan didn't really understand, but there was something about vicky he just.. liked. it was strange because he had never felt this way about of his other friends. but it wasn't something he disliked in any way, it was a good feeling. definately something he wanted to experience more of in a sense.
he skated around on what seemed to be the thick ice until he was quite far from where vicky was. he gained speed before leaping into the air and land back onto the ice, only this time, he felt the ice tremble beneath him. ''jesus,'' he said in shock, looking back at where he had landed. there was no crack, nothing had been broken into or anything, but he was just a little concerned about the tremble he had felt, and it couldn't have been good. he turned around to find that vicky was at the other side of the lake, and he began to steadily make his way back to her.

Vicky had been skating in a figure of eight when she felt a slight unbalance in the ice. She knew it wasn't near her, it felt like it was coming from the other side of the lake. She looked in her immediate surroundings, and couldn't see Stephan. She began to panic slightly, before she saw Stephan on the other side of the lake, seemingly ok.
As he came towards, Vicky decided to meet him halfway. "What happened?" She asked, wondering whether the giant squid was trying to burst through the ice or something. She was experiencing the same feelings towards Stephan as he was to her, and Vicky was glad, for one time in her life, that she had been bumped into.

fly me up to where you are above the distant stars
as stephan was skating back towards vicky, he saw that she was making her way over to meet him halways, he kept looking back at the ice, where it had shook. he was probably getting himself worried over nothing. it was all in his mind, he was sure of it. and he didn't want to worry vicky by saying that they were at risk, so he decided not to make a big deal out of the whole situation.
''oh, it was probably nothing,'' he said. ''i just thought i felt the ice moving beneath me,'' he added, thinking for a moment but then shaking his head and began skating again. he wasn't going to let it bother him, not anymore. if something were to happen, it would have already happened by now anyway.

Vicky nodded to Stephan, adding a smile of reassurance. She could read the slight expression upon his face that it had startled him a bit, but the facial language was fading. As he began to skate again, Vicky glided out to where Stephan had been when he had started moving towards her. She looked down at the seemingly solid ice, dismissing the recent worry. She began to skate away from the area, although in a different direction, and she soon found her left leg submerged in freezing cold water. Her leg had fell through the ice, although the remainder of her body remained on the surface. "Fuck that's cold!" She muttered to herself, before unsuccessfully attempting to pull herself back up onto the ice.

fly me up to where you are above the distant stars
stephan looked around. the ice looked pretty safe. he knew it had to be thick because there was no way thin ice would be able to hold both him and vicky. but then again, could the lake really freeze over so fast and be stable for people to skate on it? everything was beginning to become confusing to him, but he just kept skating anyway. he was a little far from vicky when he heard a loud crack in the ice beneath him, and also behind him.
turning around he saw that vicky's leg had fallen right through the layer of ice and into the water. not even considering his own safety he skated as fast as he could over towards her, grabbing her arm and pulling her to safety. ''are you okay?'' he asked, obviously worried about her.

Vicky sighed with relief as Stephan pulled her up from the ice, her leg leaving the freezing water. "Yeah, i'm fine." She said, even though she didn't feel all too fine. "Just a bit of a shock... and an education. That water... is bluddy cold!" She said, stepping away from the hole. From above, the situation looked slightly better, though not in Vicky's eyes. "Are my legs really that big?" She said as her jaw dropped, before looking at her leg. It had gone slightly blue from the cold, but she was recovering, although not as quickly as she would have wished for.
